They had it accomplished easily within that one hour and everything was done completely correctly and it has functioned perfectly ever since. We set up a time and they were on time. I paid for a little bit of equipment because we had to replace a valve and maybe some piping, but it was a very nominal charge. They were extremely reasonable.
Two gentleman showed up to install my new water heater and they first put down a construction tarp to keep my floors clean from debris. They had the new unit installed and operating correctly and they removed the old water heater cleaned up there work area they very easy to work with.
